A: The ArtScroll Digital Library is available for Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android phones/tablets.
Can I use it on my computer?
A: If you have a Mac with an M1 chip or later, you can run mobile apps. Search the App Store for ArtScroll Digital Library (iPad & iPhone Apps) to install it on your Mac.
Please note that we no longer officially support running the ArtScroll Digital Library on Android emulators, as most content-filtering providers are not compatible with them.
How many devices can I use this on?
A: Your ArtScroll Digital Library is for one person only.
You (one individual user) can sign in and use your digital books on up to five of your own devices.
It cannot be shared with other people or used on other people’s devices.
You may access the library on up to five devices simultaneously — as long as they are yours.
If I lose a device or upgrade to a new one, can I re-download? Does that count against the 5-device limit?
A: You can remove the library from one device and add a new one, as long as you remain within the 5-device maximum.
Can I gift this to someone else?
A: Yes! The purchase process allows for a “gift” option, where you provide name & email for the recipient.
Can I print out pages from the app?
A: The digital content is designed exclusively for use within the ArtScroll Digital Library App. Printing functionality is not available, as all ArtScroll materials are protected under copyright.
How much storage does it take?
A: The complete library — all the available seforim — use about 6 GB when downloaded.
You also have flexibility: you can choose which volumes to download, so you don’t have to store everything on your device at once.
